There is a healer that lives within us all, we are always here to provide
service to others. Have you taken time to give that tender love and care to yourselves lately? Isn’t it time for the self-care, self-love and feeding and being within our divine essence.
Take time to create a healing space for yourself and take time to energize and activate our Hands, Throat, Third Eye, Crown and our High Heart. The energy work needed for all to provide for us. As helpers and caretaker’s time passes and we need to realize we deserve the self-care and energy boost which allows us to relax, rejuvenate and restore ourselves. It only takes a few moments a day and some of the exercises can help you when you’re about to go to sleep, to help induce a peaceful state for dreamtime.
Self-healing exercises to allow yourself to bring balance and peace within your body, which also helps relax throughout the day and evening.
