Theatre of Trees
Deep in the theatre of trees
breathing the rich mist,
the songs ring
high and lows,
as tones imperceptible
rise up from white rivers
of crystal blood,
iron and star dust.
From the center of earth
a fountain of light
streams through her axis
pouring out to reach us
who stand, answer the call
to open our hearts.
This is the Rising of New Earth:
We are all blessed with the waters,
ancient as the spirit that moves us –
the source of breath –
the light that birthed from darkness.
We marry all now, walk down the sacred isles
as the Elementals feed us
their illuminated knowledge of what Earth is,
what we are, in this body
that is more than we ever imagined:
chords of the infinite
chorus of Light
O Trees, we bow to the boughs of you –
brother sister standing ones,
gifting us with
memory, medicine
music

 Maya Minwah is the creator of Mayasblends Aromatherapy for Awakening, inspired by her passion for working with the vital energy of plants and trees.
She is certified in aromatherapy, and a practitioner of shamanic aromatherapy energy healing for over 20 years. A poet and mystic, she has traveled on sacred journeys to Bimini, the Yucatan, Northwest & Southwest US, and Peru, and currently lives in Northeast PA, where she offers consultations, sessions and sacred circles.
