          FIT For Life: Functional Integration Training For Seniors    
 
Our next 8-Week "FIT For Life" Monday block starts February 2nd, from 10:00-11:00AM, Wednesday block starts February 4th, from 10:00-11:00AM. Fee for each block is $40.
 
 
Our New 30 Minute Group Fitness Class:
  "Thank Goodness its Fitness Friday" (TGIFF)  
 
Our February TGIFF is themed "Butts and Guts

Hey guys,
 
     One of the biggest concerns I have heard over the years when it comes to exercise is the lack of time to hit the gym. In fact, I recently ran into a former member who truly expressed her need/desire to get back to the gym. She explained, “I only have about 30 minutes of free time to go to the gym but I know that’s not enough to actually accomplish anything.” That got me thinking.
 
     Although I feel 30 minutes at the gym is a lot better than avoiding it all together, I do understand where she is coming from. Maybe (and I could be wrong here) her concern isn’t as much about time but really not being sure as to what to do with those 30 minutes at the gym. I know for certain she is not alone with this dilemma so I have decided to put together a group fitness class that I know will get the job done in 30 minutes.
