This Time it's for You
You Are Invited to a Liberating Creative Journey to turn resistance into curiosity, perfectionism into play, and fear into trust.

Hi ,

I'm so happy to bring you this offering. I've been training creativity coaches now for 22 years and what I've discovered is the people going through the training receive their own profound creative realization, peace, and enjoyment not only for creative pursuits, but for life.

It's time for me to release the secrets and teach these tools to anyone and everyone who wants to experience how creative brilliance can be easier. The tools are fun but the results are mind-boggling.

What you'd miss by not taking this program:
How to get through the biggest blocks to creative joy: not feeling good enough, resistance, procrastination, overwhelm, too many ideas, not enough time, creative chaos, never finishing anything, never starting anything.

"The most regretful people on earth are those who felt the call to creative work, who felt their own creative power restive and uprising, and gave to it neither power nor time". ~Mary Oliver

Creativity is a way of life, not just a talent enjoyed by a select few. It brings meaning, purpose, and joy to our lives ... no matter what is happening in the world.

To be creative is to open our minds to the art all around us, including the masterpiece of who we are ... no matter how hard we are on ourselves or how doubtful that we can express a beautiful creative voice.

This class is taught with the same inspirational humor I bring to books and articles. You can find more of those things at www.themuseisin.com and Substack.

You will be led through each class as if we are traversing a journey through an art museum. You are included as the art, the exhibits are challenges, tools, and experiences. Might as well be creative in the presentation of tools to unleash our .... creativity.

Thursdays September 24 to December 10

Hope you'll join us,
Jill

What You Will Get from a Kaizen-Muse Journey

Awareness that defeats the Blocks
Together we’ll normalize and gently decode what gets in the way of creativity—obstacles like perfectionism, procrastination, resistance, overwhelm, and harsh self-talk will become information, not evidence that anything is wrong with you.

We treat these patterns with understanding, compassion, and acceptance instead of pressure and judgment, which immediately loosens their grip.

The Creative Application of Mindfulness
You’ll be reminded of your common humanity: Whatever block you’re experiencing, you are not alone, and nothing about your difficulties disqualifies you from being creative. There is a way through every block.

We practice allowing your current experience to be okay; your moods, quirks, struggles ... paradoxically, this softens the very forces that keep blocks in place.

You’ll be invited to notice what already works for you—your strengths, idiosyncracies, preferences, and individuality—as creative allies and inspiration. I will how you, you're further along than you may think.

We emphasize enjoying who you are and what you’re doing in this moment, instead of postponing satisfaction until some “perfect” future. The phrase, don't let the future hold your happiness hostage is important. Again, ironically this moves you forward.

The Proven Experience of Kaizen-Muse Tools
These are the tools that have freed thousands from the oppressive and paralyzing nature of high expectations, doubt, procrastination, and overwhelm. And they're fun, sometimes whimsical.

We use steps that are smaller than you may have considered—sometimes as little as 30 seconds—to dissolve resistance, ease fear, and make starting feel approachable and even appealing. We lower expectations in a succeeding effort to lower the pressure. Paradoxically, people get more done as momentum takes over.

Exercises, questions, creative scavenger hunts will cultivate qualities of the creative person: intuition, curiosity, open-mindness, the capacity to make unlikely connections that turn into brilliant ideas.

The Power of KMCC Questions
We will work with questions that don’t demand immediate answers but quietly rewire your subconscious toward creativity and possibility fromdoubt and inferiority.

These questions are designed to empower you, shift you from stuck to curious, and let you experience the renaissance of your own wisdom.

Through gentle exploration, you’ll be asked a series of questions that reconnect you with your values, your voice, and unexpected creative possibilities.

Core Creativity Unleashing Tools
Reminder Journal: We often know what helps us, but we forget—especially under stress and typically in general. A reminder journal captures what works and
the tools you discover so your brain can revisit and strengthen those pathways with repetition and eventually belief.

Reframing: You’ll practice seeing yourself, your ideas, and your circumstances from fresh, kinder, more creative angles that open up new choices and bring a sense of relief.

Self-Talk Tools: You’ll experiment with specific, personally-tailored phrases that can gradually replace doubt, hesitation, and comparison with steadier support.

Four-Part Belief System: You'll practice my original, incremental approach that realistically shifts the beliefs that commonly block creativity, without forcing you to “positive-think” your way over what’s true for you.

Creative Voice Exercises: Practices that stretch, strengthen, and widen your creative voice so it feels more accessible, natural, confident, and authentic.

Intuition tools. Experiences in unleashing the kind of intuition that serves your creativity.

Unconventional Approaches
Because creativity is non-linear, we respect that it doesn’t always respond to pressure or rigid timelines; you’ll discover ways to work with its rhythm instead of against it .

We explore how procrastination can sometimes carry useful information—about fear, perfectionism, or misalignment—and how to turn that information into compassionate, practical adjustment and incubation.

The nine Modern Day Muses (and a Bodyguard) will contribute their 10 key creative principles enlisting your imagination, playfulness, and proven effectiveness in making creativity easier.

Kaizen-Muse Guided Meditations
You’ll be led through guided inner journeys that help you move past the loud, dominating voices in your mind and access deeper wisdom, images, and ideas that are often just out of everyday awareness.

Art, Writing, and Photography Invitations
You’ll play with simple art, writing, and smartphone photography exercises that broaden how you define creativity and increase your enjoyment of it in daily life as well as strengthen resilience, resourcefulness, and thought flexibility.

These practices are designed to be low-pressure, flexible, and accessible, so creativity feels like a supportive companion, not another demand on your to-do list.
