In London, I warmly invite you to a joyful day of hands-on creation, spirit, laughter, and heartfelt connection as we co-create a sacred Community Altar together and learn Shamanic Healing methods the day after.
The Altar, or Mesa, is far more than a fancy or random arrangement of objects. In shamanic traditions, it is a living bridge —a portal between the physical and spiritual worlds—a source of healing, guidance, inspiration, and spiritual power. Crafted with the four sacred elements of Earth, Fire, Water, and Air, the altar becomes a reflection of both the universe and our own inner landscape.
But the real magic begins long before the ceremony itself. As we gather to build the altar together, strangers slowly become collaborators and friends. Individual artistic visions begin to merge into something larger, and the creative process itself becomes part of the healing and teaching. Through shamanic journeying, we listen for the altar’s purpose and spirit, discovering together what wishes to be created. With imagination, deep listening, shared intention, and a little joyful chaos, we weave flowers, stones, grains, colors, and prayers into a living sacred field that none of us could create alone.
For over 30 years, I’ve been learning from Indigenous elders of the Andes and the Amazon, carrying practices that restore balance through ritual, presence, and connection. These upcoming workshops and ceremonies are simple, practical, and experiential, offering tools for clarity, healing, and deeper awareness.
