Spam / Unsolicited Commercial Email (UCE)

Email spam, also known as unsolicited bulk email (UBE) and unsolicited commercial email (UCE), involves nearly identical messages sent to numerous recipients that have not opted-in or given permission to the sender. Spammers will often harvest email addresses from websites, customer lists, newsgroups, and viruses which harvest users' address books, and are sold to other spammers. Spammers also use a practice known as “email appending” in which they use known information about their target (such as a postal address) to search for the target's email address. MyNewsletterBuilder (MNB) has a strict anti-spam policy which only allows you to send emails to people you have clearly obtained permission from. This protects our server reputation and ensures deliverability of your emails. For more information on the laws regarding spam, see the CAN-SPAM Act.
