“Zyggi” Lawrence, 64, of Northville, proud Purple Heart recipient, died suddenly Sept. 4, 2011, as a result of an auto accident. 

Zyggi is lovingly survived by his wife of 11 years, Mary “Diane”; children, Aaron (Amy), Jared (Renee) and Jacob; step-children, Jason (Shawn) House, Laura (Pat) Tronzano, and Mary (Forrest) Payne; sisters, Susan Chase and Judy Zygaj; eleven grandchildren; and his former wife, Lynda. 

The family will receive guests at the Funeral Home on Wednesday from 4-8 PM and Thursday 2-8 PM.

The Funeral Mass will be celebrated Friday, Sept. 9th, 10:00 AM (in state 9:30 AM) Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church, 133 Orchard, Northville. 

Interment at Great Lakes National Cemetery, Holly, will directly follow Mass.
