Featured Performances
Hi Everyone!
Variety is the spice of life this month!
I'm excited about two dates at the Twisted Laurel in Weaverville:

Fri. Feb 13th, 7:30 - 10:30  Solo Keyboard and

Fri. Feb 27th, 8:00 - 11:00 pm with a new swing band featuring one of my favorite vocalists, Sidney Barnes

Although Sidney is known internationally as an R&B and pop singer and songwriter he has an amazing flair for jazz and we'll be playing swing music for dancing on the 27th.

The name of the band is Echoes in Rhythm and besides myself and Sidney will include Bill Fouty on bass and Rick Dilling on drums.

The VARIETY includes this plus playing at Unity of Mills River, and playing with a salsa band fronted by singer Liley Arauz

See Upcoming Events below for more info.

Sun. March 8th 2:00 - 5:00 pm UR Light Center "Recognizing and Expressing the Divine through Music and in Communication: Bringing the consciousness behind healing music into day-to-day interactions"  - an interactive workshop facilitated by Richard Shulman
Anyone can learn to recognize the Divine in another person and reflect that Divinity back to them. This reflection can be expressed through music or any means of communication. In this experiential workshop, we will focus on recognizing and expressing Soul qualities in each other through the practice of discernment, conscious intent, surrender and Divine expression.
Topics include the ability to shift one’s own consciousness quickly and easily, and the ability to resonate with and support the highest ideals present in a group. This teaching was developed from Richard’s twenty-eight years of creating Musical Soul Portraits for individuals, couples, and groups.
