The Paul DesLauriers Band :: RELENTLESS
Following the success of their self-titled album from 2014, The Paul DesLauriers Band has returned with the aptly titled Relentless, a genuine blues-rock escapade featuring 10 new songs that encompass their most original and powerful work to date.

In a true collaborative effort, singer-guitarist Paul DesLauriers (pronounced "de-loree-yay"), bassist Greg Morency and drummer Sam Harrisson approached this recording the same way as previous projects: three men playing together in one room, capturing the performances live. This time they've applied that philosophy to the entire creative process, writing and arranging the music together from the ground up, with lyrics penned by DesLauriers and his longtime collaborator Alec McElcheran.

Each member of the band is a virtuoso in his own right, but what sets this power trio apart is its uncanny chemistry. ...Read more about this release

The Waydown Wailers :: EMPTY PROMISES
The Waydown Wailers sophomore release on Woodstock Records, Empty Promises, finds the quartet led by brothers Dave Parker (guitar/lead vocals) and Christian “Moe” Parker (lead guitar) mining deeper into the rich, upstate New York soil that inspired The Band and many great roots artists. Cultivating a sound described as the “edge of the swamp rock, blues, and jam with a healthy dash of Americana,” their music has been baptized “Outlaw Jam.”

The nine songs range from present-day observations and social commentary on a national level, to recounts of past relationships and desires in us all.

Another family affair (a North American tradition), brothers Dave and Moe were passionate about music at an early age. Michael “Scruffy” Scriminger (drum/percussion) and Connor Pelkey (bass/backing vocals), welded the circle complete. ...Read more about this release

Nick Schnebelen Band "Around The World 2017 Tour”
Big news for Nick Schnebelen! He and his band’s "Around The World 2017 Tour” will kickoff on January 10, 2017 at Fanatics Pub in Lima, New York. Nick Schnebelen has quickly built a reputation as a killer lead guitar player and impassioned vocalist. As founding member of the award winning, popular family band, Trampled Under Foot (TUF), Nick has traveled the world playing festivals such as Notodden, Montreal, and as fan favorites on the annual Legendary Blues Cruise. In 2008 Nick Schnebelen received The Albert King Award for "Best Guitarist" at IBC and in 2014, the Blues Music Award "Band of the Year", Trampled Under Foot (TUF). "Echoes of the blues like Freddie King, Buddy Guy... Nick Schnebelen's world-class guitar playing leads the way," says Seattle Post Intelligencer, John Soble.

Christmas Eve Blues Party in Phoenix
(Phoenix, AZ) – A “Christmas Eve Blues Party” will be going down featuring San Diego harmonica master and entertainer Billy Watson, The Rocket 88s, and Mike Eldred on Sat, December 24, 2016 at the Rhythm Room (1019 E. Indian School Road, Phoenix, Arizona. Doors are 8 pm and show is 9:00 pm. Cover is $10 and the show is 21 and up.

Billy Watson is an entertainer extraordinaire, capable of throwing down a blues show that can be infectiously hilarious and convincingly nasty. His energy as a frontman is relentless, his vocals inspiring, and his harp work musically outstanding. Billy's repertoire ranges from creepy grooves, grinding shuffles, to fast boogies and swings.

Blues music was created by people looking for a way to forget their "blues" by telling their stories through song. Billy's show reminds modern audiences that blues music can be lowdown, but that in the end it's all about having some fun, dancing, and forgetting about your worries. ...Read more about the artists
