Arizona Game & Fish Commission Awards Banquet The Best Yet

To The Members of the Arizona Game and Fish Commission,

Last evening was a wonderful experience! Obviously, Jim and I are grateful for the confidence you have shown over the years in our publication, expressed this year in the “Writer of the Year” award. As I said last night, “How cool is this to receive recognition for doing what we already love to do: celebrate the wonders of Arizona’s great outdoors and wildlife?!” Thank you.

We also compliment you on the choice of venue: a lovely setting that was comfortable, warm, friendly, and with a great ambiance. (It was also a much more convenient location for us personally.)

The meal was delicious and the servers, so friendly and accommodating.

We especially noted how well the program progressed. The pace of the evening was efficient, but not rushed; the videos were interesting and informative, and the genuine interest shown by the commissioners in each recipient was obvious. (It was also very nice to have commissioners sit with the guests and award recipients and was much appreciated.)

Thank you all for your commitment to making this a memorable evening and, of course, beyond that, for your ongoing dedication to the well-being of our state’s precious heritage of wildlife and outdoor wonders.
