Have you moved out of the area and miss taking classes. Or just want some classes while I am away. I will be offering my Fluid Motion (Feldenkrais) and Yoga classes on the video platform Zoom. You will be able to see me and/or your classmates and hear me. All you need to do is to download Zoom (https://zoom.us/), ask me for an invitation, set up your mat so that your computer camera is on you and so that you can hear it and then log in to the class. Let me know if you are interested. So far I am planning these days: (but will only do it if I have interest)

Introduction to Water Exercise

Perfect for those new to water exercise. This class will explore different types of water exercise classes and different types of equipment. You will learn the most effective way to exercise in the water. Class will have cardio, strength, flexibility, and endurance included. Participants will leave feeling comfortable in any type of aqua class setting. No class 11/26.

(Ages 3-12) A flexible water activity for individuals with physical or cognitive disabilities. Emphasis is placed on developing swimming skills and basic movements to meet the needs of participants. Prerequisite: A family member is required to assist in the water during Adaptive Aquatics classes. Classes meet for 45 minutes.
