Last night I played the timeless classic “Alone Together” on Instagram Live. This song could very well be our anthem for living in the time of coronavirus. Each of us may feel alone as we shelter in place and practice social distancing, but we are aren't really alone. We’re all in this together, and we will get through it together.
As a musician who makes his living traveling, performing, and visiting schools, the uncertainty of the upcoming months is particularly unsettling. How do we pay our bills, when all performances and workshops are canceled? How can we continue to be of service now, when the whole world needs healing?
