Body issues will happen. You mean even though I juiced, ate organic and lived a life of yoga, meditation, prayer, supplements, positive intentions and service I am facing changes? Oy, oh, yep.
Time is even more precious incarnate so we become more resolute in how we use it and with whom. Timeless spaceless life is much closer outside and deeper inside. We are aware of how precious each moment incarnate is!
Picking up old talents, focuses or projects for new creations happens. Deepening used talents and focuses into freshly distilled and more pure essence occurs.

Being here now. Meditation, discussion and exercises for staying present with what is, the silent fullness with nothing else needed.
Meeting Three
Loving the value of grief. Face, embrace, be, dance, vocalize the grief via the body and soul to refreshen you and let the life be. Rinse the grief away, this a new life come in while you are still here! Meditations, exercises and discussion.
Meeting Four
Gratitude, release and balances. Practices to help you settle into new phases in peace.
Meeting Five
Moving forward while being here. This session is a reading and coaching combo designed specifically for you.
