 Dear Friends,
Blessings all.
We are in a time of accelerated change on the planet. It is an important time to stay awake and take responsibility for ourselves and assist others in our community.
We move into the next Astrological Sun Sign of Aquarius on Monday the 20th. In the Northeast it looks to begin with the results of a major winter storm. Freezing cold is visiting many for the week. Be safe.
Each sign lasts for a month and moves us in a unique focus and direction.
I call Aquarius the all for one, and one for all sign. We look at our collective responsibility and personal one in everyday life. Aquarius is also advanced levels of thinking and higher mind.
It is an air sign of thought and communication, with two planets leading the discussions and focus. Saturn wants structure and following the Universal rules, and Uranus offers the energy of lightening bolt change, a leader of new thought that supports the whole. Organized thinking with a flair for the dramatic.
We live in interesting times. I suggest we take positive action in our minds to move forward in our lives and support all. Negativity worry, and fear blocks us, as it removes our connection to positive Universal support.
Aquarius leads us to hold the light of love, peace, truth, wisdom, joy, and the best for all. These are a great focus for this month onward. As we release negative dialog, beliefs, and fears, we allow the Universal-God force to help us manifest better situations and results in all areas of life.
We personally add to heaven, or hell, on earth, with our thoughts, attitude, and words. What are you creating? This is a perfect time of reflection to align our manifesting what we want as we create in 2025, and beyond, together.

How to Navigate Change Now
|
 Change requires new perspectives. As has been said, we cannot create something new, with old ways of thinking.
Leave the light of awareness on during these times of change so we can experience what is opening up to be experienced and what is already occurring.
Release fear, and negative, or even positive, expectations. Expectations keep us stuck and do not allow advanced perception.
As we release the interference above, we can sense, see, hear, and feel the new realities unfold and have a positive impact on manifesting our best lives.
Aquarius time is a major time of expanded possibilities. Aquarius is an out of the box thinker and moves us into unknown territories.
Stay awake, choose, and focus on the best for all. The Age of Aquarius is a major time of change, higher wisdom, and growth.
PS. Exploring and experiencing life in spiritual realms requires the above letting go and allowing us to perceive, receive, and be.

How to Live the Power of You!
|
 Dear Friends,
We are amazing humans with limitless capabilities.
My focus for 58 years has been how do we live our highest and best self in this body and life in these times.
It has been a phenomenal journey of learning for me to Be The Medicine for myself, as I have created ways to help people learn and know how to do the same. We make changes, heal, become present, let go of what is not us, or ours to engage with, that interferes with us. The next focus is to manifest a wholeness within ourselves, and walk confidently on our own positive pathway with joy, wonder, and success.
It has been extremely rewarding watching people, and families, live and heal and relate in positive, healthy, ways. People of all ages benefit
Assisting people in understanding, refining, and using their spiritual gifts is powerful as they learn to trust, and use them everyday with confidence and support. We all live in this world and can access higher levels of awareness and support. Spiritual connection and gifts are blessedly normal and it is a great benefit to be able to use them as we live our traditional lives.
We cannot access our highest spirituality and Universal truth with the same mind of human conditioning, fears, and judgments.
After teaching and continuing to learn while working closely with thousands of people, I have blueprints and foundations that are needed to go further on our journey without allowing the conditioned interference to stop us.
 My studies of eastern and western religions and traditions showed me what is truly Universal and always connects us to the highest source, possibilities, and truth. I also noted what fears, beliefs, and conditioning need support in releasing them in order to be happy, healthy, and unafraid to explore unknown new territory of us and all.
A BEGINNING - REFLECTIVE AWARENESS
- Be what I call the watcher, in the position of you as the one who observes, as you speak, think, and act.
- Raise your awareness and pay close attention to your choices in what you say and do.
- Are you truthful to you and others, or are you conditioned to act and respond in ways that may not be authentic to you?
- Often when we say or do things that do not fully align with us, we feel a bit off or have anxiety or internal thoughts that are not positive.
- No self-judgment or blame, just be present and observe and learn.
- What fear or belief, excuse, or reason, gets in the way of you saying yes to yourself, and no to what is not true for you?
- Chose to speak truth to you and others in a loving kind way.
- Truth is always the first step in aligning with our highest self, success, and health.

Classes, Retreats, Programs. Survey

 Hi All,
It has been a deep time of reviewing, exploring, writing, healing, and teaching advanced students.
I am excited to begin to add more classes, programs, and retreats for 2025. Most are available on Zoom and in person.
RETREATS.
I am securing dates for the retreats this week. One will be a Vision Quest probably over or close to the June summer Solstice weekend-not confirmed
The other is for my advanced Soul Shamanism Program close to or over the the Fall Equinox weekend. Not finalized.
I am considering another retreat after I have these two weekends set.
All of our classes and programs are accelerated learning, personal development, spiritual growth, healing, and living it all in your life today.
Classes still in final development. I am working on a survey of possibilities and asking for what will support you on your journey now.
