Lots of volunteering and late night jams makes it feel like I've been here a long time already even though it's just been a couple days! IBC quarter-finals wrapped up last night and though Ozark Blues Society's sponsored band, Sister Lucille Band, did not advance to the semi-finals tonight, I am happy to report our sponsored Duo, Jackie B and Me, will be giving it another go tonight in the next round. For the full report on quarter-final winners look HERE.

Remember, coming up in February
we have Blues in the Schools events in Farmington and Fayetteville and then March 7 we hold our annual meeting and board position elections. It's a great time to get involved! Why not check on your membership status and renew if needed to be ready to join us for the annual meeting and to be able to vote? We would love to have you join us on "the trail" as we move toward sharing the blues throughout Northwest Arkansas.
And remember you can let me know if you have any ideas, comments or additions to the calendar. Just send them to me anytime at:
