In this Time of Great Challenge - Leap
|
 Dear Friends,
We are moving through a time of intense transformation, change, and fear. Please use wisdom and self-care in all you be and do. Maintaining quality of life and health has always been the focus for me to share and live. We are being tested by the roller coast energy of now. Its best to ground ourselves in all we know to be true and reach for the best outcome for all.

This week I was remembering the story of another time of intense fear, when I was regularly traveling by airplane to study with Masters in different parts of the world.
People would say to me, "Aren't you afraid to fly now?" I would answer, "No, I trust my inner knowing of my safety. If it would not be safe, my inner wisdom would speak, and I would not fly on that plane." No Fear - Trust.
I am not afraid to leap and test boundaries as long as my inner calm and peace is in place. Trusting our inner truth meter is a powerful practice to develop. My spiritual journey for fifty-two years has been to discern truth, and clear fear from my being. When we know truth and do not empower fear, our inner wisdom easily discerns truth or lies.
That said, I will also admit there have been many times I have stood at the precipice, even this week, and said, "oh sh*t.", as I leaped. We never know where we are going until we get there. We may think we should know ahead of time and be in control of every step. This does not work and creates even more hesitation, worry, and fear.
Fear is often at the gate of new beginnings, changes, and opportunities. Slow down, pay attention, quiet your mind, open your heart, and then choose to leap. Free will allows us to redirect, course correct, or choose again along the way.
When we choose for our best there is often an inner peace underneath any fear. As we choose, and allow the flow, the fear will go. Fly dear ones and land on your feet.

Discerning Truth and Lies
|

I grew up in the 1950's and 60's. That was another time of extremes and great change. I kept my sanity by trusting myself. I was very sensitive and aware and said things like, "If everyone took responsibility for themselves, the world would work."
Adults said I had the gift of discernment, I now know I was always a wisdom keeper. I stayed that way and continued to learn and grow by discerning truth and lies and trusting myself. It has been an exciting, painful, illuminating, fun, and freeing process.
My father fostered my independent perception and trust. My mother was angry and always wanted me to fit in to every place she thought was correct. I learned to be quiet and keep the truth to myself, and when to walk away or rebel.
Assisting people to find their own way is key with me. I love focusing on you to help you find out how to live your most authentic happy, healthy, and purposeful reality.
So much of what we have been taught to believe and accept are lies. Learning to release and rebel and be free is a process that empowers you and assists others in your life as you walk the walk of love, truth, and peace, graciously.

 Our problem today is that we tolerate what is not okay.
The ego tends to hide and make excuses and justify what is going on. It is a practice from birth to survive.
As Adults it does not serve us and has now created our prison in confusion and lies.
Know when we are in emotion and confusion it is often lies. The truth takes us out of illusion and fear, so we can choose wisely from here.

 The Spiritual Journey of awakening and becoming has always been to find the wisdom within. Elders used to be revered and called on for wisdom. After several generations of mind-emotional-world traumas, too many elders are often caught in the problems and do not remember the wisdom.
It is time for a new generation of wisdom keepers-us, to hold the truth and love and pass it on in all current generations.
Wisdom is not a separate belief system it is inclusive of all. The highest truth is oneness and love. As we see the world from the highest wisdom we can heal, solve problems, and live solutions.
When we stay in the mind-emotion-ego paradigm we are lost. We see the world as a scary place and we feel we are victims.
When we live in wisdom and grace we see the truer picture and can navigate with greater ease. We are neutral, not attached to right and wrong, good or bad, or who has the most anything. We see the higher truth of wholeness and holiness. From here we can also see where we are off and where we can self-correct.
It is a journey for all of us to seeker higher wisdom and break from fear and ego that creates pain and separation. Mental illness results from being lost in ego wounds and perceptions. The call for freedom is now.
Wisdom is the still small voice of truth inside. We have been trained to override it. Pay attention. Take the leap to follow this and see where it takes you.
All sides are pulling us apart at the seams as a world. The circle of life flows together and calls for wholeness, oneness, and unconditional love. Be The Medicine for this. It takes each one of us to live it in our lives and share it where we are.

A Vision Quest is a rite of passage as you are moving through a period of change, a deeper spiritual awakening, or any shift point, or loss in your life.
