I hope this finds you and yours well and taking good care of you. The first six weeks have been up and down for all of us. I am hunkering down and creating many on-line opportunities to assist people in these times.
There are many ways to stay healthy. In each newsletter I will continue to share healing secrets and offer more circles, classes, trainings. I am also doing deep personal energy healing remotely and coaching and healing on Zoom.
It has been a deep time of re-creating how to assist people and I have to say I love it. I have been working one on one with clients on the phone or Skype for decades and now teaching online has taken on a new level of mastery and fun.
I know for some it is very difficult. I have done my best to stay positive through all this time. It is good to get together and do remote classes, circles, and sessions to stay connected to our spiritual practices and personal growth. Staying sane and uplifted always helps.
To help people heal and build their immunity and help others I created a special comprehensive healing class on Thursday nights beginning on May 14. See more below.
Now we can work in classes and circles around the world. It has taken weeks to revamp and reschedule everything. I look forward to seeing you on Zoom, phone, or in person.

Natural Cold-Flu Salt Treatment
|
 This has been an ongoing favorite simple, powerful, inexpensive suggestion to help everyone. Good for clearing our body and energy body to come back into balance. Use to heal from colds, flu or just feeling out of sorts.
This is a full body treatment to detoxify, after a bath or shower or anytime. Use on your dry body. Do not wash this off immediately!
Take hand full of table salt or sea salt or epsom salts and rub into skin gently and smooth over skin away from you and down.
Start at the top of your head, face, neck and work down. Your entire body will take 2 cups or more of salt.
Use a closed fist over hair and head so as not to get salt in hair. This will help release sinus and congestion in head.
After you use each handful of salt allow it to go down the drain. Use hot water to melt it when you are finished
Use a dry towel to remove surface salt; allow the remained to stay to complete the removal of energies and toxins.
3x in 24 hours has been used successfully to release symptoms of flu and cold and feel refreshed.
Allow the body to return to health. Rest and drink plenty of water too. Listen to your body if it needs medical attention or anything else.
