The Jimmys :: GOTTA HAVE IT
The Jimmys are a kickass, multi-award-winning blues/soul/funk/R&B band from Madison, Wisconsin headed up by award-winning keyboardist, singer, songwriter Jimmy Voegeli. They have been entertaining crowds for 12+ years. From local clubs to major festivals, they have traveled the globe! Their newest release, Gotta Have it, was produced by Grammy award winning producer Tony Braunagel.

The Jimmys previous albums and members have been nominated and/or received, multiple awards including Blues Performer, Contemporary Blues Album and Artist of the Year.

“This new album brims with an honest feeling that stimulates the bandleader's casually forceful vocals and piano work…” – Downbeat Magazine

The Jimmys have included guest stars on their former releases including Bun E Carlos, Billy Flynn, Jim Liban and the legendary Clyde Stubblefield. Gotta Have It is no exception with long-time fan Marcia Ball co-writing with Voegili and Tony Braunagel and performing on "Write A Hit" and adding her vocals to "When You Got love."
