Kalinga Records Presents Isha Bel New Single "Second Nature"
Jamaican roots and rubadub singer Isha Bel adds a welcomed dimension to her growing body of work. A sensual reggae soul track entitled Second Nature.
This is the first track of the follow-up live instrument album Isha Bel promised in 2020 when she released the digital 9 track album Hear Me Now ( One Woman Army.)

The song presents an earnest and soul-bearing side to the singer who is known for her thought-provoking and socially conscious songs. She states “ I am injecting some love into the atmosphere. Let’s speak life and love into our kings.”
Isha Bel is writer & executive producer. She worked with a kingly team of Jamaican musicians such as Wayne Armond & Ervin Lloyd of legendary reggae band Chalice playing guitar & keyboards. Junior Congo on Percussions and Lloyd Bingy on bass . She shares production, music & vocal arrangement credits with veteran producer & music maestro Grub Cooper of the legendary Fab 5 band and producer of iconic group The I’Threes

Raw and Soulful is a definitive description of Jamaican singer, writer & producer Isha Bel. Her energy is reminiscent of the soulful sounds of the early days of reggae, balanced by the raw gritty delivery of modern sounds of roots and rubadub music. Isha Bel's powerful metallic vocals & colourful performing style has been seeping in the hearts of reggae lovers worldwide. Her writings are thought provoking and inspiring. She has a growing catalogue some and has worked with producers local and producers in Europe & South Africa. Her recent album “Hear me Now (One Woman Army)” has received great reviews, chosen as Album of the Week on Japan’s Reggae Downloads and added to the 2020 Reggae Grammy Awards consideration list. She was also nominated in the Int’l Female Reggae artiste of the year category on Reggae France.

Introducing New Song from King Tappa: Bad Energy
Artist: King Tappa
Name of Song: Bad Energy
Name of Album: Feeling the Vibes
Name of Label: King Tappa Productions
Bad Energy was inspired by the pandemic which we’re now facing. The idea of the song came to me while listening to the beat. I am really focused on my career and the choices I make in life. Many times we are interrupted by loved ones or friends that give us so much of their problems and stress to digest while not realizing that we have our own issues to deal with.
Bad Energy is the song that gives you the energy to say NO, to stand up and not be taken advantage of,
to not take crap from anyone or sit and listen to
negative toxic energy. It's a dance and motivation song at the same time.
I created the song to help people be more vocal and say how they feel about a toxic environment or situation. Fire burn bad energy, we don’t want this around us. It's all about positive vibes only. “Stay focus"

Reggae Festival Guide (RFG) interviews Recording Artist "JahRiffe”...
RFG: What 's going on in your music career? But wait, for those who don't know, give us a quick intro.
JahRiffe: Kool. Well I am JahRiffe a Songwriter, Vocalist, Producer, Performer, Humanitarian & Entrepreneur.
RFG: That’s a lot, Jah.
JahRiffe: Truly it can be, but it's just really a love and a conviction that it is my calling to do these things. Music has always been in my life from a child growing up with lots of house parties and sound systems being right in my home. I was privy to having the latest music of the time around so it built up the catalogue of music in my head. That has led me to do what I am doing now.
