Parallel Universe Time is grounding and a feeling that doesn't seem to happen on our own for most of us. It makes getting to work more effortless. No need to have your Zoom camera on, come as you are.
The agreement is, we decide what we want to work on, and commit to holding the space for everyone else, but not giving in to the usual distraction. Some how it works.
We begin with a mindfulness, grounding exercise, then spend the rest of the hour in our process, checking in the end (which is optional) by sharing, acknowledging to ourselves or others, our progress and closing.
If you decide to join us, know that after the first 5 minutes, there will not be anything but silence, as people are in their process.
