Support is often very subjective and can be confusing. How do you offer support, what do you give your energy to, what is for the highest, and how do you know what is best for yourself and others?
True support has two distinct aspects intertwined; love through the expression of gentleness and truth in the expression of realness. When we love without truth, we relate to others from the surface of ourselves, often in order not to make 'waves'. On the other hand, when we only relate from truth it tends to create a feeling of distance tainted with judgment and limitation.
Weaving gentleness and realness together brings about balance in our lives with others. Sometimes support calls for loving someone in a way that gives them what they feel they need…empathy, help, affection, or affirmation. Sometimes support needs to be for who they are inside as a soul and takes the form of confronting unconscious behavior, saying what you are really feeling, or requiring accountability for words or actions.
It is not always easy to make the distinction between these two currents of support and to bring about healing. In the end, our capacity to express gentleness and realness and be fully ourselves rests 'soul-ly' within our commitment to what we feel life is about and what we value.
Finding ways to balance these strands within us with the same gentleness and realness reveals and brings a deeper sense of authenticity to our actions. This ultimately supports our own and each other's inner nature with what it needs to flourish.
May your heart, mind, and actions be filled with gentle authentic support. We hope the Angels continue to inspire your life.

The winds of uncertainty and change can blow us off course especially in difficult times, and we need to know how to breathe ourselves back on track with decisiveness and agility.
A Soul-Weaving session offers you the opportunity to activate new inner circuits so you can handle whatever arises with inner peace, presence and easeful readiness and resilience.
Come with an open-ended question about which you are seeking guidance. Together we create and hold a sacred space to deepen your process. After a centering attunement, I will choose cards for you from my specially created 'inner council’ collage deck that allows subtle colleagues to share their wisdom with you so you can see what’s going on from a wider perspective.
These soul tending cards are then ‘read' by your own intuitive self connected to spirit. Then, after your initial reading, I will guide you through opportunities that arise for deeper insight and help you widen your receptivity so you can consciously weave the gifts of your original soul blueprint into your life.
A session will give you a spiritual boost and help you connect with fresh and creative ways of thinking about your issue. It will allow more space for intuitive promptings, for you to know and trust yourself in a deeper way, and for your next steps to be revealed.

A Sanctuary Reborn:
Light Of Findhorn Sanctuary Opens Its Doors
|
This Easter, our community marked a powerful moment of renewal, blessing and celebration with the opening of the Light of Findhorn Sanctuary – a sacred space rising from the ashes of our beloved original Park Sanctuary lost to fire in 2021.
Over two beautiful days of ceremonies, meditations, and reflection (20–21 April 2025), hearts gathered to honour what has been, and to bless what is now unfolding.
 Magic and Synchronicity
Honouring the Community Founders: Lena Lamont, Dorothy Maclean, Eileen Caddy, and Peter Caddy were remembered during the opening ceremonies.
The Golden Thread
 At each of the ceremonies inside the sanctuary, Kathy Tyler led a beautiful meditation on the Golden Thread that links our soul journeys through the Findhorn legacy.
The meditation welcomed the presence of the Landscape Angel and the Angel of Findhorn, charging the Sanctuary with global intent to deepen our sacred relationships with all life – seen and unseen. The meditation ended with a blessing.
Many have asked for the opening and closing words of the meditation – they are included below.
