Hi ,

 

Join me for a complimentary, workshop called Blessing for the New Year on December 27th, 12pm pacific time/ 3pm eastern.  

Let's write a blessing for 2024 and start the year with a little bit of mindful generosity rather than high pressure goals and resolutions that don't work anyway. We will write a simple blessing with inspiration from poet, David Whyte, Shiloh Sophia McCloud, and your own wisdom.

 

For writers and non-writers alike. Included in this workshop is a new year guided meditation to spark a creative relationship with yourself to last throughout the year.

 

There’s a lot of areas where I could use improvement:  a more balanced social life,  closing the cabinets in the kitchen as well as keeping my mouth shut, to name a few.   But despite bad habits, flurries of irritability,  and a crazy-ass journey to get here, my current existence is mostly crackerjack. I’ll share five practices to which I credit this most welcomed phenomenon because I think they are contagious.
