Permission-Based / Opt-in Email
A permission-based (or opt-in) email list is made up of recipients who have agreed to receive e-mail communications from a particular company, website or individual. All MyNewsltterBuilder (MNB) users are required to have their recipients' permission before sending emails, as outlined in the CAN-SPAM Act. MNB users can create automated subscription forms allowing subscribers to indicate areas of personal interest and/or what types of emails they wish to receive from the sender.
